“Finger” Yoga for knee pain or Mudras is something I’ve been working with lately as a way to continue my study to learn about the body and its ability to heal on a deeper level.
The specific types of “finger” yoga for knee pain that I have worked with are for the kidneys and adrenals due to where I am in my life right now being a single dad with a 2 year old daughter and an entrepreneur with an internet business.
I’ve found out that the flow of energy down the body to the knees are affected by the kindeys and adrenals. Put this note in the back of your mind as you continue your journey to completely eliminate your knee pain.

AND I have shoulder bursitis. Should I just learn how to move without pain and give up my usual overhead weight lifts or can bursitis go away? It could take a long time to let the bursitis improve and then , way off in the future resume lifting 35 lbs. bar overhead? I don’t know where to start. Three weeks in rehab didn’t do much.
