I got this question yesterday about where to begin with a ligament sprain and torn meniscus…
Hello Bill,
I am 51 year old male, fit and very active.
I have the following conditions with my knee:
– medial collateral ligament sprain
– torn medial meniscus
– meniscal cyst
My research suggests that a torn meniscus, in middle aged people, is as common as wrinkles, and nothing to be alarmed about. It is rarely the source of knee pain.
I cannot completely flex my left knee, nor can i kneel down on the ground. (due to pain)
Squats do seem to bother me though.
I am not interested in surgery, so your techniques sound very appealing to me.
I note you have the following products on your website:I just do not know which one would be the most appropriate for me.

Would you please recommend the most appropriate one?
Many thanks,
Martin
Great question Martin!
Let’s take “baby steps” first while keeping the “bigger picture” in mind…
This email is going to serve 2 purposes:
1. Give you the short term results your looking for, to get relief in your knee…
while
2. Incorporating a long term strategy to make sure you have strong healthy knee joints until you’re an old fart…
There’s no sense using a “sledge hammer” when we only need a “tack hammer”
Let’s start slowly at the beginning…
The first small baby step is to begin working with “The Comfort Zone.”
This program contains 11 “Pain-Pattern Interrupts” that in the short term will to begin getting the pressure off of the nerves in your knee to give the relief you’re looking for.
Now remember, THIS IS A BABY STEP!
Sometimes, a baby step will give you all the relief you want.
In that case,
Be well and good journeys!
If your knee starts hurting again you’ll still have those 11 “Pain-Pattern Interrupts” to pull out of your “tool box” and use.
Now, with that being said…
This program may not make all your knee pain go away…
There’s are so many variables that can come into play preventing your knee pain from leaving.
Like your:
– Diet
– Hips and lower back
– Your ankles and feet
– Being dehydrated/NOT absorbing water
– Self sabotage (aka mindset)
– Inflammation/Swelling
Or
Your results to be inconsistent and you aren’t sure how to interpret what your body is telling you.
This program will work for you!
If you run into any of those variables I listed above.
It just means you need a little more support…
Not to worry!
I have other options on the other side of “The Comfort Zone.”
To bring further help and guidance to your journey out of pain.
“But first things first, seconds things never!”
Let’s see how your knees do with this and we can go from there.
Sound like a plan?
After all you still want to be walking well when you’re an “Old Fart”…right?
