…and I’ll show you someone who’s lying to themselves…
You think I’m making this up?
I’ve got first-hand knowledge on this one…
After picking my father off the living room floor because he no longer has the mobility in his right knee anymore or the strength and balance to stoop down to reach for a pen
…and…
Then there’s my buddy and fellow martial arts instructor David out of Miami, Florida who wasn’t told (nor did he know to ask) his surgeon, he wouldn’t be able to fully squat after knee replacement surgery…
…and that’s the tip of the iceberg!
I’ve got countless stories of people who thought getting the bones in their leg sawed off and replaced with plastic and metal would be the solution to their knee issues only to find out a few years later their hips were wearing out!
You’ve got to start thinking a “few steps ahead” and understand how the choice you’re making today is going to affect your body a few months or years down the road…
Just sit down with one of these “knee replacement deniers” for a few minutes and start asking questions on the other side of, “How’s your knee doing after the surgery?” and the truth will start bubbling to the surface…
If that’s the way you want to roll…that’s cool with me!
Realize you’re making an irreversible choice you’ll have to live with the rest of your life.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t offer you another natural option that works and works very well at that.

I had a rt kne TKR one year ago last January. I still have screaming pain while bending my knee all the way back. It feels tight and sore on the outside edge of my knee. Xrays say I have a bone spur hook now on the outside of my knee. That is not impinging on my ability to bend my knee all the way back so my heel touches my butt. I cannot sit on my legs or kneel very well. What can I do to help with scar tissue behind my knee to allow me to bend it… Read more »

You seem to support other options than having a total knee replacement
My concern is that my knee is collapsing inward (loss of cartilage) and would joining the knee club help?
Yes, Knee Club would help…The focus is on creating comfort so the body can heal the knee…
