This guy Ron just requested a refund from “Knee Club.”
He’s been suffering with bone on bone for the better part of a decade…
Besides the fact that he didn’t show up on the call over the past month or ask questions so I could help guide and support him to get out of knee pain…
He stated there were only “a minimal amount of exercises in my program.”
This brings up several good points that I believe deserve attention.
Point #1
He already have enough on his mind dealing with knee pain.
Is it really in his best interest that I give him so much for homework that it confused the shyt out of him?
I think NOT…
He would have just been confused more confused…
AND
He’d still have knee pain…
Point #2
I never gave him exercises…
I never give exercises to anyone first starting out with my program.
Because when you’re in pain, exercising a leg that’s in pain just makes the knee hurt worse!
This is sort of a common sense logical thingy…
When you start off in pain, pushing through the pain is not going to get you out of pain…FACT!
What I did give him were “Pain-Pattern Interrupts” to get the pressure off of the nerves to reduce the pain in his knees.
So for point #2 he never followed the directions…
Of course he’s going to get shyttie results!
Point #3
This brings us to the third point…HE QUIT…
Quitters NEVER Win AND Winner NEVER Quit!
Ron’s got bone on bone.
That’s doesn’t get better…
A knee replacement is in his future.
Eventually it will get to a point where the pain gets so bad that the idea of getting the bones in the leg sawed off and replaced with plastic and metal starts sounds like a good idea…
Pretty fooked up I know!
He’s in pain…
he’s frustrated…
he wants immediate results…
and
he wants someone else to do it for him…
My program can help him with all of those except the last.
That’s what doctors are for…
The doctor only has a couple of minutes during an appointment…
The doktor is busy and not present to what’s happening with Ron’s knee.
Ron can check out mentally, get some drugs or a shot maybe a surgery…everyone is on “autopilot.”
Like cattle going to the slaughter…
No thought required!
Unlike “Knee Club”…
Let’s start getting you relief in your knee first…
Relief that you can feel.
