“I had been suffering with pain in my right knee for over 6 years. I started working with Bill just about 2 months ago on creating space in my knee joint to take the pressure off of the nerves causing the pain in my knee. It was just this past week while doing one of the exercises I felt a huge “pop” in the knee. I realized there was finally enough space for my meniscus to slide back in place. Now Bill and I are working on my “lizard brain” which is for me to know it’s OK that my knee doesn’t hurt! Kind of strange, I know, but my knee has hurt for so long it’s hard to believe that it doesn’t anymore…”
