Knee Replacement, Tight Hamstrings, & Painful Lower Back.
It’s all connected!
You can’t stub your toe without your toe affecting the rest of your body.
You can’t have knee pain or a knee replacement for that matter without it making your hamstrings tight or your lower back painful.

Hi Rhonda
Thanks for your input…What do you do to make a living?
Wish you would get to the point in your videos. Unable to listen for 20 minutes. Make your talks more concise and you will have more followers.
Hi Karen
Thanks for the feedback. Complete knee pain elimination is a journey NOT a destination and certainly won’t be resolved with a time frame of 20 minutes or less…
I’m not concerned about more followers, my approach isn’t for everyone.
For those that are willing to step on that path, life is absolutely amazing!
Best of luck to you!

Bill
