Hello, I am listening to the podcast now. Very interesting. Whole grain cereals and cornbread would be the things hardest to give up for me. I have read and heard about this before. Does anyone really know the answer? Personally I don’t think there is only one answer. Each body is different. It’s the reason I do well eating beef (mostly organic grass fed) and others do OK on vegan diets. I tried vegan and it is NOT for me. As well as having knee pain, I also battle my weight because of not being able to move around as much when I’m in pain. I have found out recently that some of my knee pain was because of my thyroid being low. I began taking Armour Thyroid and the first week made a huge difference in the inflamation in my knees.
