A Natural Strategy for Baker’s Cysts

Are you looking for a natural strategy for baker’s cysts? Have you had a cortisone shot to relieve the pain? Are you dreading another needle to drain the cyst or surgery to get it removed?

=====

Here’s an email I received from Mary this morning:

I’ve been delaying in going the next step to helping my knees.
I’m dealing with baker’s cysts in both knees and have had cortisone shots for relief.
Up until 6 months ago I was walking 3 miles 3 times a week and my knees were great.
Now the cysts will not go away.

My orthopedist said once you get a baker’s cyst I’ll be prone in the future. He explained it was much like once you blow up a balloon, the balloon is easier to blow up subsequent times.
What will your program do for me?
Thanks,

Mary

The short and direct answer to Mary is, “Yes”

But, is there really a natural strategy for baker’s cysts that works?

Answering the question: “What my program will do for her knee?” is a little bit more complicated…

Baker’s Cysts are formed by fluid getting “stuck” behind the knee in the lymphatic system.

The Lymphatic system you can think of as the “garbage collectors” moving fluid with dead and decaying cells out of your body.

To Clarify, when there is a certain tension pattern formed in the knee, leg, hips and lower back that inhibit the flow of lymph through the knee/leg a Baker’s Cyst will form…

However, this puts increasing pressure on the nerves in the back of the knee causing more pain and exacerbating the issue.

Definitely, a painful, frustrating, and confusing place to be especially when the doctors are passing along antiquated information like, “once you have a baker’s cyst it will be easier to get them in the future.”

That is to say, if you understand the body on a deep enough level Bakers Cysts are relatively easy and straight forward to get rid of.

For example…

Take Lynn who is a member of “Knee Club”

Here’s what she had to say:

Hi Bill,

I signed up for the 4 months at $297. I’ve been working with your exercises and I’m amazed, my knee pain is gone and the Bakers cyst seems to be shrinking.

My first month is up the end of this week.

Can you refund me $197 and I can just pay the $100 for 1 month?

I can provide my credit card # to you for the refund.

Please advise.

I am thankful that your program really helped me out.

I feel confident that if I continue with the stretches that I will be fine…

maybe my problem was not as bad as I thought to begin with.

Thanks!
Lynn

Just ignore Lynn’s request for a refund…It’s taken me 21 years to get it to be this simple and straight forward.

Here’s how the process works:

By creating focused and intentional comfort in the knee joint the tension pattern held in the knee causing the lymphatic fluid to build pressure behind the knee forming the Baker’s Cyst begins to relax.

This relaxation creates more space in the leg for your body’s lymphatic system to begin to clean itself out and as a result, the Baker’s Cyst begins to shrink and resolve on its own.

It’s a simple process for you…Create comfort in your knee allowing your body to heal on its own

To clarify, here are your NEXT 3 STEPS:

1.) Sign up for “Knee Club Premium”

2.) In the Virtual Knee Pain Relief Clinic – Pain-Pattern Interrupt Section.

Work with Modules 1, 2, & 40 with your knee.

Focus especially on Module 2 as this is going to give the most relief for the location of the Baker’s Cyst.

Also work with Modules 22 & 23 for your hips and lower back which is going to help you to walk easier and move the lymph out of your leg faster, (The pelvis is the pump of the entire lymphatic system)

3.) Send the invite to the “Knee Club – Private Facebook Group” as I’ll accept your invitation and be ready for the next call on Monday at 12:30 PM Eastern Time.
That’s what I’m able to do to help you get started relieving your Baker’s Cyst…

Regards,
Bill
