The knee pain question today comes from Pat who purchased the e-book, “Stop Your Knee Pain Now!” Pat was curious as how to do one of the exercises I demonstrate in the e-book that I call the leg swing. They didn’t know how to do the leg swing freely and slowly at the same time. I demonstrate how to do the leg swing and explain in more detail how the use of water compliments this exercise to get you out of knee pain faster than you thought possible.

Hi
How do you know that you are fatiguing the muscles enough that the tendons and ligaments are benefiting from the exercises. Thanks
Actually this was the very first exercise that I tried and found it very comfortable. Unfortunately my progress is very slow. One step forward and two steps back as it were. One day of exercises leads to the next two days in pain! What a depressing problem my knee pain is (osteoarthritis)! None the less, thank you for all the information.
Thanks for these videos they really help me!!!!

Bill,
Thanks for all you’ve done in sincerity to see those who care free from their knee pains. My mother and i experienced knee pains though my mother’s own was worse to the extent that standing up was with much labour. By following your suggestions, her condition greatly improved such that she is able to dance with little or no pain. I have been a bit care-free about mine and only become serious when the pain comes. when i do, the pain completely disappears. I guess that’s why am care-free. Thanks again for the great information.
Thanks Bill, that was very useful,it has given rise to another question- do we progress through the programme as far as comfortable in one session, or spend a few days doing each exercise to build up mobility and strength and hydration.
