Return Policy
All returns are required to have prior authorization. Please complete the Guardian Brace Return Form and email to office@ongoingcare.com to obtain a return goods authorization (RGA) number. No authorization will be given without the proper order form and information.
Warranty Policy
If the product is damaged during normal and proper use within the warranty period, Guardian Brace will send a replacement at no cost to the patient.
This limited warranty does not include misuse, abuse, or modifications to the product or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.
One (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects for the metal and/or plastic components of the product. Soft goods are guaranteed for six (6) months.
Guardian Brace Warranty Returns:
1. Guardian Brace will issue a return label at no charge.
2. Guardian Brace will ship a replacement, at no charge, after the broken product is received and reviewed by our quality control department.
