I am so glad I decided to get the videos as it is much easier for me to follow what I am supposed to do 🙂 I am drinking more water, breathing slower and doing the very basic exercises at this stage. I have been diagnosed with damage/thinning of meniscus/cartilage of my left knee. Since I’ve been following your exercises and other tips I’ve noticed there is less pain, improvement in mobility and able to get up stairs a lot easier.
