In response to your other suggestions regarding diet and stress, I have been reading the Paleo Diet for Athletes and have started experimenting with removing certain types of food from my diet (my sister actually has a food intolerance, so it may run in the family). Will keep you informed as to my progress. I have been doing a little passive stretching from your Virtual Clinic in the mornings along with the deep breathing exercises and I can already feel better in myself for doing so.
