Need some advice – I am finally submitting to a cartlidge op on my knee ( I am 57 and originally damaged my knee when I was 16 ) and would like to know if you could advise on the best exercises to do after the op to get back to normal ASAP .I still coach football and I am keen to get back to it after the op.
