Today’s podcast question deals with 17 year old Jim who has had 3 knee dislocations and is not sure what to do. Knee pain from a dislocated knee joint is an extremely painful experience. I can say this from experience! 
When your body is in lot’s of knee pain and you want to get back to life as normal it can be very difficult to separate the emotion from the facts to make a calm rational decision.
