Millions of people suffer every day with the debilitating disease called Arthritis. When arthritis gets in your knee the only solutions available are prescription drugs or painkilling shots while you wait in a holding pattern until the joint gets bad enough or you are old enough to have knee replacement surgery. Knee surgery is in one respect like having kids – both teach you that patience is a virtue.

August 9, 2009 I hurt my left knee during a 5k race and wound up in the emergency room on race day. Bummer! At first I couldn't even put my toe on the ground without wincing in pain - it was affecting my whole leg and I was really discouraged.
By the time I met Bill, I had already been on crutches for 3 weeks. I could put my foot on the ground, but I still couldn't stand with equal balance on my left leg - let alone walk on it and put weight on it. It hurt so much.
Bill and I met at a 3-day seminar in Los Angeles and he told me that by the end of the event, I'd be walking without my crutches. I was kind of skeptical, but I was also desperate for relief because nothing else had worked for my knee pain, so I decided to rest into his expertise.
Bill was right!
Within just a few short adjustments over a couple of days, I was able to walk around my hotel room without my crutches and without excruciating pain. I was walking to the hotel restroom from the meeting room without my crutches too. It was awesome.
Bill gave me back my active lifestyle and I'm so glad I met up with someone who knew so much about making knee pain go away. Now I can ride my bike painlessly, go shopping, enjoy walking around art festivals, and I'm getting back into jogging again too.
