Any ways, my knee pain... Its a story.

My knee pain began from no where, one fine morning. I was all of 22,
studying hard for my engineering final semester exams.
I was under a lot of stress (all in the mind though) , and what started
out as a mild pain, grew to haunt my very existence. Yes, now when I look
back, all of the stress was caused due to my inefficient ways of dealing
with it. Little did I know back then , how much mismanaged stress could
do. I went through an array of doctors, who didn't really feel warm. All of
them prescribing one pill or the other. Some of them even attributed it to
stress, but no one really drove the point home.
It began in April '06. It would be there, from the minute I awoke. Sitting
idle was a torment. Can you imagine? Sitting down was tormenting! Gradually
it dawned on me that "my health" was in my hands. A doctor later dismissed
my case as restless leg syndrome.
He gave it a name. I mentally gave into that image.
Everything else revolved around it. I feared simple things like sitting
through a movie or even traveling in car or a long flight. It put me on a
constant "stress mode". But yet, in the midst of this crazy symptom, I
realized I could walk and run with no issues whatsoever. I took to playing.
I took to cycling. I took to walking. - with a vengeance. I quit
cigarettes. My stamina improved, I could play more sets in badminton , I
cycle and walk long distances. No issues whatsoever. Gradually, the knee
discomfort ceased. It went back to the no where it came from. I was free.
But yet...I never really knew why it came. By 07 oct it was gone. Little
did I know it would be back. It came back in the march of '09!!!
It came back hard. The same discomfort , more localized on my knees. It
sapped my confidence and my energy. I couldn't turn to fitness, because I
was already into fitness. I was hitting the gym , was into yoga , and
sports. When I played I was fine, but when I got to work, or sat in a
position my knees began to hurt! Stress? Oh come on! Everybody deals with
stress, but not like this! It wasn't until I put together the concepts and principles
that you teach in your e-book, "Stop Your Knee Pain Now!" and "The Virtual
Knee Pain Clinic" that things really changed for good...I have the confidence
now that the pain will go away and stay away for good...
