Natural Solutions For Chronic Knee Pain

August 9, 2009 I hurt my left knee during a 5k race and wound up in the emergency room on race day. Bummer! At first I couldn't even put my toe on the ground without wincing in pain - it was affecting my whole leg and I was really discouraged.

By the time I met Bill, I had already been on crutches for 3 weeks. I could put my foot on the ground, but I still couldn't stand with equal balance on my left leg - let alone walk on it and put weight on it. It hurt so much.

Bill and I met at a 3-day seminar in Los Angeles and he told me that by the end of the event, I'd be walking without my crutches. I was kind of skeptical, but I was also desperate for relief because nothing else had worked for my knee pain, so I decided to rest into his expertise.

Bill was right!

Within just a few short adjustments over a couple of days, I was able to walk around my hotel room without my crutches and without excruciating pain. I was walking to the hotel restroom from the meeting room without my crutches too. It was awesome.

Bill gave me back my active lifestyle and I'm so glad I met up with someone who knew so much about making knee pain go away. Now I can ride my bike painlessly, go shopping, enjoy walking around art festivals, and I'm getting back into jogging again too.
