    As well as having knee pain, I also battle my weight because of not being able to move around as much when I’m in pain. I have found out recently that some of my knee pain was because of my thyroid being low. I began taking Armour Thyroid and the first week made a huge difference in the inflamation in my knees. Also, when I do leave OUT grains and eat the way Sarah is talking about, I feel so much better. If you are carb sensitive this is a huge issue both on your weight and body inflamation.     As long as the diet you are on is eliminating gut inflammation then I’m in full support of it…Gut inflammation is a huge instigator of knee pain…
