Episode 7 – Knee Pain Question and Answer

Bill; the knee was fine this morning and I taught classes for 6 hours today! It was aching after that but a few hours later it felt fine again.
I've been using your exercises, from your book, "Stop Your Knee Pain Now!" & "The Virtual Knee Pain Clinic" for less than 2 weeks and the knee is already feeling stronger and is certainly more flexible. My confidence is returning and I definitely feel I'm moving in the right direction. What I absolutely cannot understand is how you seem to know better than physios and doctors who charge US$100 - $150 per consultation. Maybe they should be required to have a busted knee themselves before treating others, haha."
